Do you provide as-built services outside of Nevada and California?
We currently provide on-site as-built services only in Nevada and California. Drafting and 3D rendering services are available nationwide and internationally.
What type of files do you accept for input/reference?
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF for 2D; SKP, STL, OBJ, FBX for 3D; and JPG, PNG for reference images or scans.
What deliverables can I expect?
Depending on the project, we provide PDF and DWG files for drafting/as-built, and high-resolution images for 3D rendering. Source files may be available upon request.
What is an as-built drawing and when is it required?
As-built drawings reflect the actual built conditions. They’re often used for renovations, facilities management, permitting, or record-keeping.
What is the typical project turnaround time?
Drafting: 2–5 days. 3D rendering: 5–10 days. As-built (NV/CA): includes site visit + 3–5 days processing. Rush options available.
Do you provide revisions?
Yes, each service includes limited revisions. Extra revisions outside of the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Can your drawings be used for construction or permits?
Our drawings are drafting-grade and used for design visualization or planning. They are not a substitute for stamped architectural or engineering plans.
